Kenneth Miller Blanks the Beavers

Game 1

Cubs headed for a fun matchup with the Beavers as both  teams are now on the second half of the season and looking to improve to make a run at the playoffs. Game 1 Ken Harry would start off on the mound. With a 3-2 lead, Ken had pitch a really good game so far and would go out there for the 6th. The Beavers had other plans as they would score 4 runs in the top of the 6th to lead the game 6-3 and they would never look back as the Cubs were kept in check by Martison as he would go on to win the game after a very good performance. It was a tough loss for the Cubs as this is the 1st game all season that they have blown a lead to an opposing team.

Game 2

As the game got on its way, the bats and hitters woke up after loosing game 1. The Cubs would score 11 runs by the 4th inning and the Beavers would never get a runner across home plate. Starting for the Cubs was Kenneth Miller Lopez. Kenneth pitched the whole game, with 7Ks, allowing only 2 hits as he would go on to blank the Beavers for game 2. It was an excellent performance by Miller as he was impressive in his 1st start of the season.
