This is what is all about. Playoffs baseball 2 teams going at it to make it to the finals for a shot at the ultimate goal. As it was this Sunday the Spartans would face off against the Cubs and game 1 was a pitchers duel of ACES. The Spartan ACE vs the Edison Cubs Allstar ACE Ryan Klouser. Both pitchers duel like what they are aces. The Cubs would only get 3 hits but one of them would be the winning hit rbi single by Joyler Baguet (aka MR.COACH) to bring in Joshua Reyes for the winning run in the 5th inning. Ryan Klouser would do the rest as he would complete the shootout and earn his 2nd win in the playoffs. Klouser went 7 innings allowing 5 hits will striking out 9. Klouser continues to dominate during this playoff run as this is his 2nd shutout of the playoffs.

Game 2

Game 2 errors were costly for the Cubs as they could not come up with key plays to make the outs necessary and with a defensive breakdowns came the runs. At the same  time the Cubs offense could not produce the runs necessary and left way too many guys on base which led to the 5-0 rout of the Spartans over the Cubs to force a game 3 next Sunday.
