Premiere Wood had an impressive field this Fall season, filled with many former pro players and collegiate athletes from the NJ/NY area, each game was a battle between talented clubs.
The Perth Amboy Braves entered the post season as the #1 seed, and finally reached the coveted championship.
The Premiere Finals saw two titans going at it for 9 innings, back and forth. In game 1, Perth Amboy just got past the Blue Jays 5-4. Game 2, Harrison jumped ahead behind the power stroke of Ralphie Soto's 2 HR performance, cruising to a 10-2 victory to tie up the series. Game 3 was an all or nothing game. The Jays took the early lead on Jairo Mendez' 2 run triple to put the Jays ahead 2-0, but the Braves chipped back and were able to come from behind to eventually win 3-2 in Harrison.
