The New Jersey Amateur Baseball Field will take the field on Mothers Day at noon, to battle the Newark Bears in a Pro v Amateur Exhibition game prior to the Bears Opening Day this week. The game will showcase some of the talent in Premiere, in hopes of getting some guys consideration during the season for a signing. 

Representing the league will be Al Tampa, Baldwin Vargas, Dario Tiburcio, Keith Spoelstra, Robert Collazo, Chris Seely, Jorge Acevedo, Robert Wisse, Dave Markow, Felix Urena, Sharif Upchurch, Islam Elalem, Patrick Mulkeen, Matt Hunkele, Matt McGuire, HR Gorski and Mike Patterson. Managers Tim Ritchie, Brian Hennessy and Joe Torre will oversee the game.

Following, the USA Black Sox will host a scrimmage at 3pm vs the Newark Bears, as well as one at noon on Monday at the stadium. The finale, will be a Tuesday night battle between the undefeated Somerville Giants and the Bears starting at 5:30pm.
