In one of the more memorable Fall All-Star Games the league has hosted, the Stripes defeat the Stars 9-8 in a back and forth battle for 9 innings. The game saw 17 different pitchers take the mound, and nearly 40 players from the Fall league take the field at TD Bank Ballpark on Saturday Oct 17th.
This is the first victory for the Stripes team, with the Stars holding a 2-1 overall series advantage.
The Fall Stars v Stripes game takes players from every level of play in the New Jersey Amateur Baseball League, and the league creates two teams via a draft. Each team represented with Premier, Intermediate and Amateur players equally distributed.
