Spring 2015 Looking Promising Already

We are less than 10 days away from Christmas, and currently have enough teams with 2015 deposits to get us well into the New Year with daily announcements.  Having such a foundation of supporters who appreciate and believe in the league is very special to us. It's an accomplishment we are very proud of, as we enter 2015 which we expect to be our biggest yet.

Currently, we are sitting with 4 Premiere, 15 Intermediate (8 North, 7 South), 7 Amateur (4 North, 3 South) for Spring 2015. That is 26 teams with deposits submitted. If we included verbal commitments, the number increases to 38. This should speak strongly about our position in Amateur baseball in NJ, our commitment to those who choose to participate in our league. While I know our largest competitor has over 500 teams signed up already for 2015, I'd assume the vast majority of those are youth teams which is the primary driver for their business model. We respect them, but we believe our approach is a tad more desirable.

We have aligned ourselves with the best that NJ has to offer in baseball. We work with the Somerset Patriots, who can easily be tabbed as the best Independent League teams in the area. Through them, we can offer professional stadium game experiences on their beautiful field, TD Bank Ballpark. Akadema Professional is a Hawthorne, NJ based equipment provider that has been on board with us since our inception. They have a very big presence in MLB with their line of gloves and offer league specific pricing on their entire line of products. Victus Sports, an up and coming bat company out of Blackwood, NJ, already has professional players Adam Jones, Carlos Gomez, Kyle Seager, Johnny Gomes & Mookie Betts swinging their lumber after 3 short years at market. They are noted as one of the most creative and innovative bat companies in the world, and operate here in the Garden State. These are the companies we work with and are aligned with, all NJ based. We are not just trying to create a NJ Amateur League, but rather a NJ Baseball Experience for teams. We have developed and delivered what we believe to be the most complete baseball league in the state. From giving our All-Stars at all levels the pro experience, to securing the lowest pricing on player/team equipment... we offer everything a team could need to succeed in an amateur league.

Preparations are underway for our 2015 Winter Manager Meeting which will give teams the opportunity to come talk with us, understand how we operate, what we promise in our model and our goal as a league. Having announced the meeting less than 1 week ago, we already have 35 teams RSVP'd, which includes roughly 6 new clubs.

TD Bank Ballpark stadium dates are locked in and the contract is signed. Our All Star Games, Commissioner's Cup Finals and 12 Regular Season Games are all ready to roll in 2015. Stadium games are open for registration, and are awarded on a first come/first request basis. For more about securing a stadium game upgrade for your club in 2015, the earlier you contact us the better as they will sell out fast.

Details about our Wounded Warrior Charity Softball Game will post in early 2015. We are working hard to deliver an incredible experience for those participating. In addition, we are finalizing the location for the 2015 League Launch Party. We will be upgrading the event space this year and will communicate info to our managers directly in February.

As we all prepare for the Holidays, we wanted you all to know that we continue to work hard in preparation for the 2015 season. We hope to see you all on the diamond in 2015!
